Focus: The first Adam plunged humanity into sin and death; the second Adam, Jesus Christ, rescues us and gives life.
This message is part of our 2024 Vacation Bible School lesson series, entitled, “the Road to Emmaus.”
On the Road to Emmaus, Jesus explained to two disciples the prophecies in the Old Testament that were about Him. We are not told what specific examples Jesus used, but we will look at five of the passages He might have taught.
We will see how the Son of God suffered as our substitute and rose as our King.
